This week at TêlaHome we have been playing with linen. And we have created some samples of fabric on which we will continue playing in the coming days. What we have actually done is change the chenille that we usually use in our fabrics and designs for linen. This is how we have mixed it with polyester. The result, these tests made on fancy designs that have been around in the company for a long time. Our plan is to find out how they respond to dyeing and finishing tests. This is because linen and chenille offer different results. The geometric drawings are those that offer a clearer idea about the appearance of colours in other possible applications.
The purpose of these tests is to introduce in our range of series and collections woven linen tapestries. In this case, the material used is of first quality, like all we use in TêlaHome. Linen is provided by the Italian company Creafil, one of the most important in Europe. Creafil is also our supplier of chenille.
