EVTEKS 2019 will be in April

The Committee for the Foreign Promotion of Textiles for the Home “Home Textiles from Spain” in collaboration with ICEX Spain Export and Investment, organizes for the fifteenth consecutive year the grouped participation of Spanish companies in the 25th edition of the EVTEKS Fair. The fair is held in Istanbul, Turkey, from April 23 to 27, 2019. Likewise, as the ATEVAL association has advanced, the management, organization and processing of possible ICEX grants of the Spanish companies in EVTEKS 2019 will run to its position. EVTEKS 2019
The last edition of EVTEKS broke a record in the number of visitors. The organizers of the fair link this success to the efforts of the international promotion department and the offices located abroad. EVTEKS broke a new record in the number of international visitors, with an increase of 20%, where 50,193 buyers of home textiles from 120 countries made new business with the exhibiting companies. These buyers came from some of the most important textile markets: USA., Germany, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, England, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Siberia, China, India, Italy and Spain. There, thousands of textile products for the home were exhibited.

New business
In addition to the success of participation, it has been highlighted the wide variety of products on display during the fair: curtains, accessories for curtains, tulle, upholstery, kitchen and dining textiles, towels and bath products, textiles for sleeping and bedrooms, threads, floor coverings, wall coverings walls and decorative items, which got great interest. The participating companies held B2B meetings thanks to the program of the procurement committee supported by the Turkish Ministry of Economy.
